Legal disclaimer: Elicia Miller (and associates) is not a medical doctor or therapist, her professional opinion and advice is for you to research and/or decide what resonates for you. The success of an individual and group program, as well as your ability to self-heal, rests mainly on your resolve to focus on your health – now and in the future.

I understand and accept that during any healing program it is normal for a person to experience a “healing crisis” which can include nausea, headaches, skin outbreaks, light headedness, fatigue and other minor symptoms and that the more toxic my body is, the stronger such symptoms may be.

I understand this class is not for persons with, and confirm I am not suffering from active addictions, a severe psychotic, mood, or personality disorders such as borderline, bipolar, schizophrenia, and DID.

I acknowledge that:

(a) Ultimately, the wellbeing of my body and mind are my own responsibility and the decision to embark upon a healing program is mine alone.

(b) Elicia Miller, and her associates, makes no claim to cure or diagnose illness or ailments but that a holistic healing program may be helpful to promote wellbeing and healthy living; and

(c) Elicia Miller, and her associates, are trained and qualified in their field, but are not a medical professionals or therapists.

I confirm that I hereby hold harmless Elicia Miller and associates, from any liabilities and responsibilities and will have no claims or take any action against Elicia Miller or her associates, in relation to my participation in her advice and programs.

I understand that CEH Practioner Trainees may be present in classes and may participate in class teachings along with Elicia Miller.

I agree to not copy or distribute materials; all materials are owned by Elicia Miller.

Caution

If you have any hesitation about your ability to undergo a program, get a physical exam by your naturopathic or medical doctor.

Seek professional assistance with a doctor’s supervision if you:

      • Have a terminal or malignant illness
      • Have a genetic disease, an indication of an inherited metabolic problem
      • Have an autoimmune disease
      • Are chronically underweight
      • Suffer from hyperthyroidism
      • Have a mental illness
      • Take any medications regularly
      • Are pregnant

Private Class Forum + Group Calls:

I further understand that the Private Class Forum is not intended to provide individualized, one-on-one support for my unique symptoms. I am responsible for doing the work it takes to heal my inner child, including private sessions, group programs, and healing immersions for personalized support to access what I cannot on my own.

By participating in the Private Class Forum, I agree to follow the group rules as outlined within the Private Class Forum guidelines. I will refrain from giving medical advice, disparaging or demeaning others, promoting my own or other products or programs, using threatening or offensive language, sharing pornographic or political posts, and all other rules as outlined. I understand that failure to follow these participation guidelines will result in my enrollment being terminated and immediate removal from the group, without refund.

I also understand that group calls and recordings are private and sharing is not permitted.

Non-Disparagement:

All participants agree that they will not engage in any conduct or communications, public or private, designed to disparage the one another, Elicia Miller, or her associates/entities.
