3 Steps to Lose Weight, Keep It Off & Be Happy
The way to best approach weight loss, and happiness, is to become friends with your body and food, and not treat them like they are your enemy. Just like friends, you want to choose food that supports your goals. If your goal is to be lean, healthy and happy, then here are 3 easy steps.
Step 1: Release Toxic Food & Drinks
Weight loss is easy, you don’t need to obsessively workout or even go to a gym. The secret key is detoxification. The definition of detox is nature’s process of healing – cleansing. Physiology, the metabolic process by which the toxic qualities of a poison or toxin are reduced by the body. Our bodies store toxins in fat cells to protect us from the poisons and if we don’t assist our bodies in freeing these toxins than our bodies become deficient, imbalanced and have a hard time loosing weight.
Just like your car runs better when you change the oil and when you keep the plumbing and gutters in your house clean, your body requires the same care. You don’t need to go to a detox center, get a colonic or do a juice fasting program. Simply clean up your diet and eliminate the toxins you put in to allow your body to release toxins and fat.
A client I worked with recently effortlessly dropped 20 pounds in one month on a personalized cleansing diet, without increasing his activity or using any supplements. During the cleanse, I even smelled cigars he smoked in the past coming out of his skin while his body was releasing toxins stored in his fat cells.
Step 2: Release Toxic Emotions
If you are eating to numb and comfort your emotions, and the food you are “using” is causing you to store toxins and gain weight, than you need to become your own best friend and support yourself with positive thoughts and behaviors. Step 3: Feed Your Mind & Body Energy
If you decide to go on a cleansing diet and give up the toxic food and substances, feel and deal with your emotions, than you will lose weight in your body and mind. The next step is to continue to feed your your body and mind things that give you energy and limit or avoid the things that deplete your energy, health and caused you to gain weight before your detox. The detoxification process is for life and requires your daily effort and understanding of the life-giving food and positive thoughts to chose over the life-depleting food and negative thoughts. This daily choice will result in radiant beauty, joy and inner peace.
