The #1 toxin is stress. Stress comes from many sources; including repressed emotions and memories that get triggered in order to feel, forgive and release. It also comes from how you worry about, and react to, everyday life changes and challenges.

In my own journey I’ve had to let go of a lot of conditioned ways in order to let go of many addictions and negative behaviors in order to heal my body. By letting go of caring what others thought of me, what others thought I should be and what I thought made me happy, led me to discover who I really am and live from my heart.

GrowI let go of negative, unsupportive friends, my successful corporate sales career, sports car, city loft, designer wardrobe and all of my material possessions. I let go of my hair (shaved my head bald) and let go of trying to look and be perfect.

What you are most afraid of losing is creating stress by holding onto your attachment and fear. Letting go is liberating and helps you to trust life and love your self!
